Cant log in

I love the game and game play. BUT, it is very disheartening that Ive purchased in game credits..spent most of those credits to get to a certain point, and now have lost all game data and progress. If I need to start from the beginning I will expect a full refund of said purchase.
It asks to log in through Facebook, but when I do it tells me Ive already authorized
