Love the game but the updates are killing me I was in western island and sent me all the way back to chile, seems a lot of people are having an issue like this hope for it to be fixed

I loved this game, and I put a lot of effort into getting to the Pacific Ocean stage. Then, with the new update, I lost my progress back to Australia?? Plus I bought one of the boards for 2000 YR cash and thats gone too??? If I dont get my progress back, I at least want a refund for $1.99. I hope you guys can solve this because its a good game.

Not sure what happened but I had every level unlocked last time I was playing but I when I opened the game today it said I was only on level 3. I would like to have all the beaches unlocked again please.

Adding a camera view from the back of the board with the rider in view also allowing the riders to drop knee would be crazy!!!

Before the new update i was in region 25!!! Spent some money to support this game cause its awesome!! Now after the update im back in region 2!! And all regions are locked what is up with that?! I want a refund if i have to start all over

I really love this game Im addicted to it BUT I am suuuuuuper bummed that I updated the app and reset my progress to the beginning. I was about to beat Brazil!!! Besides the update BS, this game is sick!

They deleted everyones complaint about the game resetting everyone back after every update. This game is just trying to steal your money they reset everything you bought and didnt refund anyone

Cant play - Im panicking - I need something to do while Im at work Please fix bug. Im lost progress, money and time spent playing while I am work..... Game is fun dont ruin it for others !!

After the update I was still playing for a good while and later on I went back on the game and it told me to log in to Facebook and once I authorized it again it took me back to the loading screen

Facebook authentication is broken.. Fix it... Filing game besides this

fun game but terrible quality and customer service. I lost my progress 3 times now and lost all my cash and coins I bought with it. they said email for payback and never got a response. do not download this terrible game.

Why in the hell I suppose to have Facebook to play? Do you know that are people that dont have Facebook? I refuse to have a Facebook account to play a game! The 1st time I played the game I can skip the log in with Facebook and when I go back to play the 2nd time I cant play, thats not fair

It says I need to authenticate with Facebook which I have done but when I click login the it makes me authenticate again and its a never ending cycle

I try to log in and it takes me right back to loading screen. Please fix.

I love the game and game play. BUT, it is very disheartening that Ive purchased in game credits..spent most of those credits to get to a certain point, and now have lost all game data and progress. If I need to start from the beginning I will expect a full refund of said purchase. It asks to log in through Facebook, but when I do it tells me Ive already authorized

Love the game, but all of a sudden can’t login. No matter what I do, try logging in with FB or just skip authentication, it takes me in an infinite loop. Hope all my game play etc is no gone. Please fix or at least give loyal customers and update. Thanks

I enjoy the game, but as the same with everyone, it does not allow me to play the game, authorized or not. I have a quick solution. Just go to youre cellular settings and turn off cellular data for YouRiding. This should enable you to continue youre progress. Hope this works for you guys as well, keep on riding!
